Instead of transporting large quantities of plastic to centralized recycling facilities, EcoAxis engineered a portable HDPE processing system capable of operating directly at source locations. This approach significantly improves the feasibility of recovering materials from remote sites where traditional recycling infrastructure is not available.
Recovered plastics are processed into granular HDPE feedstock, which can then be supplied to recycling and manufacturing partners where it is incorporated into the production of durable infrastructure products.

Engineering the Solution
EcoAxis did not simply purchase off-the-shelf recycling equipment.
The system was developed through a two-year research and development program focused on identifying equipment capable of processing HDPE materials efficiently in challenging field environments.
